🧾 Refund Policy – Nyamoyo Adventure

At Nyamoyo Adventure, we are committed to offering unique and meaningful experiences through our agri-ecotourism and safari services. We also understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Below is our refund policy to guide you in such cases.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

We allow cancellations under the following terms:

  • More than 30 days before the trip: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing and logistics.
  • 15 to 30 days before the trip: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 15 days before the trip: No refund, unless under extreme and verifiable circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies with valid documentation or natural disasters).

2. Cancellation by Nyamoyo Adventure

If Nyamoyo Adventure cancels the trip due to weather, safety concerns, or government restrictions, guests may choose between:

  • A 100% refund, or
  • Rescheduling the trip at no extra cost.

3. No-Shows

If a guest does not show up on the day of the trip without prior notice, the booking will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
  • All refunds will be made through the original payment method.
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund is completed.

5. Non-Refundable Costs

Please note that the following are non-refundable:

  • Payments made to third parties, including:
    • National Park entry fees
    • Government taxes
    • Accommodation deposits
  • Last-minute bookings
  • Custom/private safari experiences that involve special arrangements

6. Agreement

By confirming your booking with Nyamoyo Adventure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
