Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nyamoyo Adventure, we are committed to delivering meaningful safari and agri-ecotourism experiences across Tanzania. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Cancellation by the Customer

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund (except verified emergencies)

Cancellation by Nyamoyo Adventure

100% refund or free rescheduling of the trip.

No-Shows

No refund will be issued for guests who fail to appear without prior notice.

Refund Processing Time

• 7–14 business days
• Refunds issued via original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

• Park fees and government taxes
• Accommodation deposits
• Last-minute bookings
• Custom private arrangements

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance for protection against unexpected events such as cancellations or medical emergencies.
