Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nyamoyo Adventure, we are committed to offering meaningful safari and agri-ecotourism experiences. We understand that travel plans may change, and this policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before trip: Full refund minus 10% admin fee
- 15–30 days before trip: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund (except verified emergencies)
Cancellation by Nyamoyo Adventure
- 100% refund OR
- Free rescheduling of trip
No-Shows
No refund will be issued for guests who do not show up without prior notice.
Refund Processing
- 7–14 business days processing time
- Refunds sent via original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
- Park fees & government taxes
- Accommodation deposits
- Last-minute bookings
- Custom private arrangements
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance for protection against unexpected events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or luggage loss.
